Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Characteristics: This kind of bearing is of double row precision bearing used for machine tool. They adopt high radial stiffness and bearing arrangement with high precision to mainly provide radial support for the main shaft. The bearing is composed of outer ring without rib, inner ring with three ribs, cylindrical roller and brass solid retainer components. For the optimal settings of radial internal clearance, the inner ring is equipped with 1:12 conical bores. The outer ring of bearing is inseparable, which is convenient for installation and dismantlement. The inner ring and outer ring respectively installed can achieve tight fit.
Floating bearing: Cylindrical roller bearing NN30..-AS-K-M-SP is a floating bearing and it can only bear radial force. The axial force is usually bore by bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing.
Axial displacement: The inner ring can move along the axial at the other direction relative to the outer ring for “S” displacement, and please refer to the size specification sheet for specific value.
Sealing: This kind of bearing is not equipped with seal ring.
Lubrication: This kind of bearing can be lubricated from end surface and lubrication groove and hole on outer ring with grease or oil.
Operating temperature: The operating temperature of this kind of cylindrical roller bearing with special precision grade (SP) is from -30°C to +150°C. For occasions where the operating temperature is beyond +120°C continuously, please contact us.
Retainer: The high precision cylindrical ball bearing is equipped with solid brass retainer guided by two rollers.
