Bidirectional Thrust Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Characteristics: Bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing is a kind of separable precise bearing and its grade of tolerance is SP. It is composed of solid inner ring, a space ring, a saddle ring, ball and solid brass retainer components. Each part of bearing can be matched with each other and installed respectively. But each part of bearing with the same dimension cannot be exchanged with each other.
Radial bearing capacity: The contact angle is 60°. Therefore, this kind of high rigidity thrust angular contact ball bearing can bear high bidirectional radial force. This kind of bidirectional high precision bearing is especially suitable for bearing arrangement of machine tool spindle. Under this condition, thrust angular contact ball bearing can be used with a circular conedouble row cylindrical roller bearing which only bears radial force in combination mode.
Two designs: Thrust angular contact ball bearing has two designs. 2344 series of bearings is suitable for being installed on the small shaft diameter end of the axis of the cone, while 2347 series are suitable for being installed on the big shaft diameter end. The outer diameter dimension of this series of bearing is the same as that of cylindrical roller bearing NN30..-AS-K with the same inner diameter. However, when the bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearings are processed with cylindrical roller bearing, the outer diameter and bearing pedestal of the bearing are loose fit.
Lubrication: The bearing can be lubricated by oil or grease. Under high speed condition, oil is suitable for lubrication. To make lubricating oil flow two rows of balls, lubricating groove and hole are installed on the race way of bearing. Under high speed condition, if the bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing is separated from cylindrical roller bearing during installation, over lubrication on cylindrical roller bearing can be avoided.
Operating temperature: The operating temperature of thrust angular contact ball bearing is from -30°C to +150°C, which is also limited by lubricating agent simultaneously.
Retainer: Each row of rolling element is equipped with a solid brass retainer guided by rolling element. Suffix of retainer is expressed by M, and the suitable operating temperature of bearings is greatly affected by retainer and lubricating mode.
